ITB Partners, has been contracted to install a Recruiting, Selection, and Onboarding Program for one of our Atlanta-based, CPG clients. As with many of our Engagements, this Assignment began with a Strategic Risk Assessment. The goal of this initial stage was to help the client understand potential barriers that may inhibit the achievement of their business strategy and to offer measures to mitigate such risk.
