PLANNING PHASE:

The first step is to draft Position Specifications for review and approval by the client.  This document is a combination of company background and description;  job description with key objectives; ideal candidate background and experience; and compensation/benefits package.  The purpose of this document is to ensure that there is alignment between New Century DynamicsExecutive Search and the client.  The result is a document which presents the job opportunity in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the candidate while accurate and fair.


Meeting with key executives to gain additional insights and perspective is also important.  At that time, we will develop a more thorough understanding of the culture, issues, environment, and competitive challenges required to successfully prepare our candidates and complete this assignment. 

EXECUTION  PHASE:

The first step in the execution phase is to review our resume data-base, our industry contact data-base, and network referral sources for candidate identification and contact.

The lead consultant personally interviews all prospective candidates and has the sole responsibility for all client communications.

Those interested candidates who meet the position specifications are investigated in greater depth.  Professional backgrounds and experience are validated through references and our own industry contacts.

Viable candidates are presented to the client via email, which will include an attached resume and one-page introduction which outlines the candidates’ background and experience as it relates to the Position Specifications.

New Century Dynamics will work closely with the client to facilitate interviews, travel, and schedule diagnostics as required.  If the client requires, we will initiate a background check through InfoMart.

Depending on the style and predisposition of the client, New Century Dynamics Executive Search will help draft and present the offer to the selected candidate, and mediate negotiations leading to the candidate’s acceptance.

FOLLOW-UP

When the placement is made, it is our policy to follow up with both the supervisor and the candidate to ensure the transition into the new job is a smooth one.
