Overview
Bob Kerris has had over 25 years in senior financial leadership roles that span broad industry sectors with a heavy concentration in high tech, telecommunications, and service businesses. He has proven to be vital in providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to grow his firm’s business. As a catalyst, he is driver of business who adds value through deep-dive management reporting focused on KPI’s, operational scaling, cost reduction, procurement, pricing execution and streamlining processes. He has held high level positions at Ebix, Dekra, Aelera, Equifax, AT&T, and BellSouth.
As an accomplished financial professional, Bob has been personally responsible for mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, systems conversions and implementations, financial planning – including detailed budgets and long-term strategic plans, SOX compliance, and treasury management.
Bob received his Bachelors degree, with Honors, from North Carolina State University, where he majored in Accounting and Economics. He believes in giving back to the societies we live in and has a particular passion for the homeless; accordingly, he is a Director on the Board of the Nicholas House and does volunteer work at the Elizabeth Street Shelter.
