Steven Rahm



Steve Rahm is a successful senior executive with experience exceeding revenue and profit objectives at GE Aviation and GE Power. In his 30+ years with GE, he is recognized for building strong global teams and leading in large, highly matrixed organizations.  In addition to strong business acumen, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in the global energy space and has developed strong relationships with global partners and customers.

Before leaving GE, Steve led the integration of GE Power Services and Alstom Thermal Services gas turbine servicing businesses, bringing together two businesses totaling ~$10B in total revenue. He worked across multiple functional work streams to develop and execute cost and growth synergies, adopting elements of the legacy GE and Alstom models, to create a new Product Management organization.
Steve is excited to bring his expertise and passion to businesses seeking to grow revenues and navigate the uncertain waters of a global market. Having lived and worked outside the US on two separate occasions, he strongly believes that humility and empathy are the two greatest skills needed to increase employee engagement and overall organizational performance.
