Overview



Dan Ricks is Founder and President of Bright Water Consulting LLC (BWC).  He is an entrepreneur that specializes in operations, management, and technology consulting.  Dan has performed executive roles such as CIO and interim CIO for several companies.  


Dan started his career with the Georgia Power Company and then Norrell Corporation.  From 1986 – 2000 Dan held a successful career at The Coca-Cola Company implementing improved business processes and technology globally.  Afterward, Dan served as Vice President and Business Technology Officer for SunTrust Bank.  


For the past 14-years (after starting BWC in 2003) Dan has been providing C-level Services to corporations nationwide to help those companies improve efficiencies, improve business processes, reduce costs and position themselves to be scalable and sustainable for future growth.  Dan is an executive and business leader with a career consisting of strategic, operational, and tactical experience.  Known as “the Problem Doctor” due to his ability to quickly diagnose and resolve problems.  Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor focused on building and strengthening teams to lead change.
