OVERVIEW

Andy Wong is a Finance and Accounting executive with more than 30 years of progressive leadership roles in a variety of large public, private, and private equity owned companies across several industries.  Andy earned his MBA in Finance and Organizations from the William E. Simon School of Business at The University of Rochester, is a licensed CPA, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and is also a Georgia Notary Public.

Andy started his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC)
.  His business sector experience includes consumer products and equipment manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, utilities, banking, and most recently, retail and quick serve restaurant and franchising with a keen focus on Mergers and Acquisition, integration, process documentation and improvement, quality, and efficiency.   Andy brings best practices from his experience from Fortune 100 companies such as Bristol Myers, Johnson & Johnson, and Duke Energy to smaller private and private equity owned businesses such as Floor and Decor Outlets, Honey Baked Ham, and C2 Educational Systems among others.

Andy is a proven partner to CEO’s, CFO’s and Boards, and has followed several individuals to multiple companies.
